Website terms

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These terms govern the public everbreach website operated by everbreach.

Private-preview status

everbreach is not currently offered as a public self-service product. An early-access request does not create a right to access, a service contract or a promise of availability.

We may invite selected organizations when their environment matches the current coverage and safety requirements.

Security information

Website content describes research direction and private-preview capabilities. It is not a security certification, guarantee or professional advice for a specific environment.

Coverage marked as in evaluation is not represented as generally available.

Private pilots

Any security test requires a separate written scope, proof of authorization, agreed techniques, stop conditions and data-handling terms.

No visitor may use this website to request testing of systems they do not own or have explicit permission to test.

Availability and liability

The website and any preview access are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

We may change or withdraw the preview and website content at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely from public website information.

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you.
